My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves a safe, confidential space where they can explore their challenges and strengths without fear of judgment. I enjoy pulling from different evidence based practices to meet your unique need. A biblical perspective can be woven in our sessions if desired.
In our initial session, I'll focus on listening to your story and understanding your goals. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and supported. In our future sessions, we’ll collaborate to make these goals a reality.
